This sheet sets out the nerve and tendon glide routine used at the clinic for carpal tunnel syndrome, particularly where the numbness keeps coming back after tablets or a steroid injection. It is usually combined with a night splint that holds the wrist in a neutral position.
Move through each position gently and without forcing the stretch.
Stop if the numbness worsens or the hand becomes weak, and mention it at the clinic.
